WELLBEING IN SCHOOLS

Primary & Secondary School Programmes

Equipping Pupils with Essential Lifelong Wellbeing Skills

The ReNew You Schools Wellbeing Programmes are designed for pupils of all ages at both primary and secondary school levels.

ReNew You offers a comprehensive and practical approach to equipping young people with the skills they need to navigate life with confidence and resilience. Children are taught in an easy-to-understand, interactive and playful manner, while teenagers engage in age-appropriate, engaging and relatable learning experiences.

Our programmes are designed to help pupils develop a healthy mindset and life long essential wellbeing skills, including resilience, self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence and positive self-communication. Through a range of topics such as stress management, mindfulness, the science of our thoughts and emotions, emotional wellbeing and healthy strategies to help prevent and navigate strong feelings and emotions. Pupils gain practical and easy to use tools they can use both in school and in everyday life. We aim to empower young people to face life's challenges with confidence and resilience. The positive effects can be transformative for pupils. Through Aoibheann Gallen's techniques and guided meditations, many young people have gained the confidence to overcome challenges, break through barriers, and approach life with a renewed mindset.

Pupils enjoy incorporating these techniques into their everyday lives. Rather than waiting until challenges arise, they practise the skills regularly, allowing them to become natural habits. Through consistent use, the techniques become an easy and effective part of daily life, supporting their wellbeing, resilience and confidence.

DURATION

The ReNew You Schools Wellbeing Programme typically runs over 5–6 weeks, depending on the needs of the pupils. Sessions are delivered weekly, allowing pupils time to practise and integrate the skills learned between sessions. Programme content can be adapted to suit different age groups and school requirements.
